嗜酸乳杆菌 (Lactobacillus acidophilus) 、嗜热链球菌 (Streptococcus thermophilus)、长双歧杆菌 (Bifidobacterium longum)
食用法
- 成人：2-4粒
- 儿童：1-2粒
- 每日2次，餐前
- 服用此产品后的3个小时内，避免服食抗生素。
