DELIVERY POLICY

1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia. Estimate Duration for customer to receive is 1 week.
2. NO P.O. Box or International addresses.
3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
4. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service
(courier service) within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up..
5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there
shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order

SHIPPING CHARGES

1. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday,
excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Below RM650
• First 20 Kg = RM10
• Every additional 1 Kg = RM2
3. Minimum Order of RM650 and above
• Free of Charge
